Andrew Kable is the founder, Managing Director, and a Principal Consultant at H2Otalent. Based in Sydney he has 9 years in recruitment for the Asia Pacific region, completing retained search and recruitment assignments for leading multinational organisations. He has business level Japanese as well as a working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
He has Bachelors degrees in Economics and Asian Studies from the Australian National University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management from the the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
Andrew now focuses on executive level searches, as well as the global growth of H2Otalent. He is is actively involved in the Australian water industry, having been President of the NSW Young Water Professionals and Treasurer of the NSW Branch of the Australian Water Association.

Isa Cruz is China Country Manager and leads our Membrane Treatment Global Talent practice. Based in Shanghai, she is a Chemical Engineer who worked in both GE Water and Acciona before joining H2Otalent, giving her an extensive network of top water professionals.
She has in-depth water treatment knowledge, and is trilingual in Portugese, English and Spanish, as well as having a working knowledge of Mandarin. Based in Melbourne he comes from an Environmental Science background, starting his career with the Australian based global engineering consulting firm GHD. He has 9 years experience in consulting, spanning environmental science, management consulting and most recently technical recruitment for multinational companies in Tokyo.
