Andrew Kable
Andrew Kable is the founder and Managing Director of H2Otalent. Based in Sydney he has 9 years in recruitment for the Asia Pacific region, completing retained search and recruitment assignments for leading multinational organisations. He has business level Japanese as well as a working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
He has Bachelors degrees in Economics and Asian Studies from the Australian National University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management from the the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. Andrew now covers the Asia-Pacific (ex. China) region for H2Otalent as well as driving the global growth of the business. Based in the Blue Mountains near Sydney he is is actively involved in the Australian water industry, having been President of the NSW Young Water Professionals and Treasurer of the NSW Branch of the Australian Water Association. Isa Cruz
Isa Cruz is Director - Europe & China and also leads our Membrane Treatment Global Talent practice. She is a Chemical Engineer who worked in both GE Water and Acciona before joining H2Otalent, giving her an extensive network of top water professionals.
She has in-depth water treatment knowledge, and is trilingual in Portugese, English and Spanish, as well as having a working knowledge of Mandarin. She was based in China for a number of years, and has excellent insight into the water talent market there, and is now also covering Europe from her base in the UK. Martin Currie
Martin is H2Otalent's Director - Middle East & Africa, as well as leading our Water Treatment Global Talent Practice. He holds a PhD in water treatment from Imperial College. Prior to joining H2Otalent Martin was a process engineer with Thames Water and he subsequently lead Atkins' Middle East water utility development. He has a particular interest in desalination and innovative technologies.
Based in Mauritius, Martin continues to take on water quality, treatment and masterplanning consultancy work, and also owns a photography business. His role with Atkins in the Middle East covered the full water cycle, and he has an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics of the region. This insight means he is uniquely well equipped to deliver on H2Otalent's promise to our clients of talent-based competitive advantage. Matt Krueger
Matt Krueger is a Partner in the Milwaukee based Bright Blue Alliance and H2Otalent's partner in the North American market. Matt brings over a decade of experience delivering collaborative talent acquisition solutions. As a recruiter, business developer and staff-augmentation consultant, Matt has served business partners ranging from innovative start-ups to Fortune 100 industry leaders in science and technology.
Matt strives to employ consultative solutions aimed at achieving more with less, while meeting his client's strategic growth initiatives in acquiring top talent. He is an active member of the Milwaukee Water Council's Talent and Education Committee, a volunteer at the Urban Ecology Center, a member of the Milwaukee River Keepers and other local and national groups. Matt holds a degree in Journalism and a degree in American History, both from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He currently resides in Milwaukee, WI, within only a few minute's walk to the beautiful Lake Michigan parks and waterfront. An avid cook, Matt grows his own organic herbs and vegetables, chooses only natural ingredients, and actively supports local merchants |
