Retained Search & SelectionThis service is appropriate when you need to fill a critical or urgent vacancy in your global organisation.
H2Otalent will develop a search & selection proposal, outlining our strategic and tactical approach to finding and identifying the right person for the role. This will usually involve a comprehensive market audit to identify possible candidates, as well as building out a thorough profile of the desired candidate, including experience, aptitudes and personality. On acceptance and the payment of an up-front retainer fee, we commence the search. The balance of the fee is payable on the identification of a short-list, and on offer acceptance respectively. | Retained Talent ScoutingThis service is appropriate for larger organisations looking to build a talent-based competitive advantage, and is only available to one competitor organisation in each market space.
H2Otalent maintains an active program to identify high-performance candidates in your market, including attending key conferences and industry association events as well as monitoring social media and industry publications. We then notify you when we identify high-potential candidates who may be open to an approach. Our clients pay a monthly or quarterly retainer fee, as well as a discounted success fee. |
