In a talent-short market however, a passive approach is rarely enough, and by attending conferences and technical seminars we are constantly building our database of potential recruits. We are then in a position to proactively recruit professionals from non-clients using a search methodology.
Once we have identified and secured the new recruit, we share the integration risk and responsibility with our Partner firm. We provide ongoing coaching for six months after your new employee has joined the firm to ensure the integration is successful. We also put a substantial portion of our fee at risk until the 6 month period is complete.
